Return and Refund Policies


Notice: Due to COVID-19 and unprecedented demand, your item may take longer than expected. Be aware our warehouse team is working hard to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible.


If you want to cancel the order for a refund, you must contact us before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation requirements are not accepted once the item has been dispatched. 

Please contact out Customer Service Team to arrange your cancellation. Please provide your order number, the name of the item you want to cancel, and the reason for cancellation. We do not accept returned item that were sent without any notice.  

We except returns for the following reasons. If you received the incorrect item as per your order confirmation page, if your item arrived broken or damaged. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and for sanitary purposes we do not offer returns or exchanges if you no longer want the product after it has arrived to you. This is for your safety.

If your refund or return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). you’ll receive the credit within maximum 20 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We will send you an email to confirm the order you placed once the payment has been processed. 

We kindly ask for 1-4 working days for the quality control and to arrange a the best shipment for you. As soon as you order ships, you’ll receive a shipping information email which includes your tracking number. Note: For the orders with more than one item, the processing time will based on the item which takes the longest time.
